BILLIONS™ R-996 pigment is a zirconia and alumina treated rutile titanium dioxide pigment produced by the sulfate process. It is a highly durable, versatile pigment suitable for a wide range of applications. Careful control of the titanium dioxide particle size during the manufacturing process of R-996 pigment results in good gloss and brightness, high opacity and easy dispersibility.
BILLIONS™ BLR-698 pigment is a rutile titanium dioxide pigment produced by the sulfate process. It is recommended for a range of coatings applications. BLR-698 pigment has superb dispersion performance, and provides excellent opacity and gloss to both water-based and solvent-based formulations. Its optimized surface treatment of zirconia and alumina make it highly suitable for exterior architectural and industrial coatings.
BILLIONS™ BLR-895 pigment is a titanium dioxide pigment manufactured by the chloride process. It is recommended for a range of coatings applications. BLR-895 pigment has excellent dispersion performance, dispersing quickly and easily. It also has excellent opacity and gloss, and delivers a brilliant whiteness with a clean blue tone. With its carefully selected inorganic surface coating, BILLIONS™ BLR-895 pigment provides a high level of weather-resistance, making it flexible across both interior and exterior applications.
BILLIONS™ BLR-896 pigment is a rutile titanium dioxide pigment manufactured by the chloride process. It is specifically designed for industrial coatings and also performs well in architectural coatings. With its optimized alumina and silica coating, it is designed to provide excellent weathering resistance for demanding exterior applications, while also delivering good optical performance and excellent dispersibility.
BILLIONS™ LR-108 pigment is an alumina treated rutile titanium dioxide pigment made by the sulfate process. It is specially designed for masterbatch and compounding applications. BILLIONS™ LR-108 pigment disperses easily in polyolefins, with minimal effect on melt flow index, so that even masterbatch with high TiO2 concentration can produce film with high opacity and whiteness. BILLIONS™ LR-108 pigment is recommended for plastics applications that require high thermal stability. It is designed with a hydrophobic surface that acts as a barrier to help prevent the pigment from absorbing moisture from the air.
BILLIONS™ TR52 pigment is a rutile titanium dioxide pigment produced by the sulfate process and is specifically designed for the printing ink industry. TR52 provides exceptional performance across a wide spectrum of properties. It's very high gloss and opacity, combined with excellent dispersion make it an ideal choice for use in printing ink applications.
